Roasted Tomato and Fennel Soup is a warm and tasty dish that is perfect for chilly days. It combines sweet roasted tomatoes with the unique flavor of fennel which adds a nice twist.

No preservatives, additives or thickeners. Home-made on Sydney's Northern Beaches.

Reheating: Simply reheat in microwave until desired temperature or transfer to covered saucepan & simmer on low till deliciously steaming hot.

Ingredients: Tomato, organic vegetable stock (sea salt, corn four, raw sugar, extra virgin olive oil, parsley, turmeric, celery, tomato, onion, garlic, cracked pepper, nutmeg), fennel, fennel seeds, basil, celery, leek, garlic, salt & pepper
