Pea and watercress soup is a delicious and healthy dish that many people enjoy. This soup is made mainly from fresh peas and watercress which is a leafy green plant that adds a nice flavor. The combination of these ingredients makes the soup not only tasty but also packed with nutrients.

No preservatives, additives or thickeners. Home-made on Sydney's Northern Beaches.

Reheating: Simply reheat in microwave until desired temperature or transfer to covered saucepan & simmer on low till deliciously steaming hot.

Ingredients: Green pea, leek, watercress, potato, vegetable stock (sea salt, corn four, raw sugar, extra virgin olive oil, parsley, turmeric, celery, tomato, onion, garlic, cracked pepper, nutmeg), lemon, creme fraiche, salt & pepper
