Chicken Red Curry with Bamboo and Thai Basil is a flavorful dish that exemplifies the essence of Thai cuisine. The core ingredients include tender pieces of chicken cooked in a rich red curry paste made from dried chilies, garlic, lemongrass, and shrimp paste, which provides a unique depth of flavour. This delightful curry is often served with steamed jasmine rice, making it a satisfying meal. No preservatives, additives or thickeners. Home-made on Sydney's Northern Beaches. 

Reheating: Simply reheat in microwave until desired temperature or transfer to covered saucepan & simmer on low till deliciously steaming hot. We recommend serving with jasmine rice.

Ingredients: Chicken, red curry paste (onion, coriander, garlic, galangal, lemongrass, fish sauce) coconut milk, bamboo shoots, Thai basil leaves, kaffir lime leaves, fishsauce, palm sugar, organic chicken bone broth (sea salt, corn flour, raw sugar,olive oil, onion, chicken, turmeric, tomato, garlic, parsley, cracked pepper,nutmeg), red chilli, vegetable oil, green beans, zucchini, baby corn, eggplant,salt & cracked black pepper.

Delivery

  • $10 Flat Fee for deliveries to Northern Beaches suburbs accessible via car
  • Free Delivery on all orders $100 or more
  • Orders must be placed no later than midday Monday for next day (Tuesday) delivery
