Cacciatore Simmer Sauce with Eggplant is a flavorful and versatile dish that combines the rich Italian tradition of "cacciatore," meaning "hunter's style," which typically features rustic ingredients. This dish often includes a tomato-based sauce enhanced with garlic, onions, bell peppers, and Italian herbs. The addition of eggplant not only provides a hearty texture but also introduces a slightly sweet flavor that complements the acidity of the tomatoes. No preservatives, additives or thickeners. Home-made on Sydney's Northern Beaches. 

Reheating: Simply reheat in microwave until desired temperature or transfer to covered saucepan & simmer on low till deliciously steaming hot. We recommend serving with your favourite style of pasta, cooked to al dente.

Ingredients: Chicken, olive oil, onion, garlic, carrots, celery, tomato, tomato paste, dry white wine, organic chicken bone broth (sea salt, corn flour, raw sugar, olive oil, onion, chicken, turmeric, tomato, garlic, parsley, cracked pepper, nutmeg), oregano, thyme, bay leaf, olives capers, chilli flakes, salt & pepper.

Delivery

  • $10 Flat Fee for deliveries to Northern Beaches suburbs accessible via car
  • Free Delivery on all orders $100 or more
  • Orders must be placed no later than midday Monday for next day (Tuesday) delivery 
  • Payment required at time of ordering via cart checkout on www.belindablack.com.au
  • Address and contact number, including any access details must be included at time of placing order. If incorrect information is given, your delivery may be affected. Strictly no PO Boxes

  • Pickup available on Tuesday between 10am - 3pm. Please select pickup on checkout and instructions will be sent to you once the BB team has received your order.
