Belinda Black is an accomplished chef with over 20 years experience working in the catering industry, in commercial kitchens and private homes.

Born and raised on the Northern Beaches of Sydney, Belinda trained at Sydney institution Longrain, and two-hatted, Beach Road Restaurant, Palm Beach. Travelling to further her knowledge and experience, Belinda worked at exclusive COMO Parrot Cay in the Turks and Caicos Islands, after which she was employed by Bruce Willis as his private chef in New York. Since returning to Sydney, Belinda has catered for many high profile clients and individuals locally, among them Justin Hemmes, Bassike and P.E Nation.

I take my inspiration from our beautiful land surrounded by ocean, to create fresh, seasonal food that references a quintessentially Australian way of living – with generosity and welcome.
